4-H Exhibitors Awarded For Showmanship at Iowa State Fair
DES MOINES, IA (09/07/2010)(readMedia)-- Showmanship awards were given to the top 4-H exhibitors of beef, sheep and swine during the 2010 Iowa State Fair. Youth demonstrated their ability to present their livestock in the show ring and answer any questions the judge may ask about their animal.
Exhibitors designated outstanding receive purple ribbons and top individuals are presented with belt buckles. The showmanship contest is open to all 4-H exhibitors.
