Abingdon student awarded State Department fellowship

William Gifford of Abingdon, a recent graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, has become the 33rd recipient of the Frasure-Kruzel-Drew Memorial Fellowship sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
