Ada's Jessica Rue earns two business scholarships at East Central University

Jessica Rue, of Ada, was the recipient of the Briles Business Scholarship and the Tony A. and Robbie F. Scott Scholarship during East Central University's recent Harland C. Stonecipher School of Business Scholarship and Awards Banquet. The Briles Scholarship is awarded based on need and requires a minimum 2.5 grade-point average. Originally established as part of the Federal Student Loan Program, this scholarship was transferred to the ECU Foundation in 1995. Recipients of the Tony A. and Robbie F. Scott Scholarship were selected by the dean of the ECU School of Business and are fulltime junior or senior students from Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.
