ALBANY, NY (09/05/2017) (readMedia)-- Albany NY Pastor Charlie Muller and his daughter Cassie have made it their mission to help as many people effected by Huricane Harvey. They are doing this with a truck they use to help nurish inner city children in Albany NY.

The City Kids Smoothie Truck made it's last run in Albany last Thursday feeding at risk children in the Capital District. On Thursday night after a benifit concert for Texas the truck departed from Albany NY filled with over 1000 gallons of Dr Smoothie mix to serve over 15,000 smoothies in route to Houston Texas. They drove straight 34 hours and hit the ground serving at a housing project hit bad by the storm.

The City Kids Smoothie Truck is a self containd health dept. Approved state of the art truck that can serve up to 3,000 smoothies a day. The smoothies are 100 percent natural and brings energy and refreashing to everyone who gets one. On Monday over 1000 first responders were refreashed with a NY City Kids Smoothies. Most people are shocked when they find out where the smoothies are coming from. Serving Police officers,National Gaurdsman,Volunteers and victims standing in lines to get help everyone wants a refreashing smoothie.

Today the truck will travil to Port Aurther to help those effected by the storm.

The Mission is two fold not only to serve smoothies but to find pockets of the most need in the hardest hit area's. Back in Albany two truck loads of much needed items for families are being loaded and will be directed to go to these area's.

One of the trucks will go to a housing project in Greenspoint at the Biscayne Appartments. The other truck will be going to port Aurther.

With needs everywhere you turn the Pastor and his daughter have yet to be turned away and many people are asking that the City Kids Smoothie truck come to their shelter.

City Kids Smoothie truck will be in the Houston Area as long as they have product it could be two weeks before it heads home to NY. This will be the third national diasater the Pastor and his daughter have been at serving those in dire need.
