COLCHESTER, VT (10/07/2009)(readMedia)-- Francis O'Connor, son of Francis and Joan O'Connor of Albany, began his first year at Saint Michael's College this semester. O'Connor graduated from The Albany Academy before coming to Saint Michael's, which is located in Burlington, Vermont, arguably the best college town in the country.
