Alex Marach Receives Two Ripon College Awards

RIPON, WI (05/04/2010)(readMedia)-- Alex Marach, a senior majoring in politics and government and economics from Luxemburg, Wis., was named the recipient of the 2010 Milton H. Westhagen Award in Economics and the 2010 Achievement Award in Politics and Government during a ceremony held April 21, 2010 at Ripon College.

The Milton H. Westhagen Award in Economics recognizes an outstanding senior in the economics department. The recipient receives a Ripon College Bookstore gift card for the purchase of books.

The Achievement Award in Politics and Government honors outstanding work in politics and government.

Marach is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Marach of Luxemburg, Wis.
