Amanda Muledy wins Lake Forest College All College Writing Contest

LAKE FOREST, IL (05/03/2012)(readMedia)-- Lake Forest College student Amanda Muledy `13 of Wheeling, Illinois, was recently awarded first prize in Lake Forest College's All College Writing Contest for her paper, "To One Thing Constant Never: The Male Characters of Much Ado About Nothing," written for Professor Rick Mallette's Shakespeare course. Her paper will soon be published on the Writing Center's website and Muledy will be recognized at an upcoming award ceremony.

The All-College Writing Contest was created to encourage interest and excellence in scholarly writing by all undergraduate students enrolled at the College. The contest is sponsored by the Writing Center and juried by faculty members from a variety of disciplines.

Muledy graduated from Waubonsie Valley High School in Aurora, Illinois.
