Amanda Susie Furie Graduates from Trinity College, Hartford

HARTFORD, CT (06/01/2010)(readMedia)-- Amanda Susie Furie, of Windsor, CT (06095) was named one of five optima graduates and received a bachelor of arts degree at Trinity College's Commencement in Hartford on Sunday, May 23, 2010. Furie majored in Modern Languages: Hispanic Studies and Italian. An optima or optimus student is one who has received an A- or better in all courses required for the degree.

A total of 543 bachelor degrees and 56 master's degrees were awarded at the 184th Commencement ceremonies held on Trinity's historic quadrangle.
