Amelia Martens Receives $3,000 Artist Enrichment Grant

Congratulations Amelia Martens!

Amelia recently received an Artist Enrichment Grant by the Kentucky Foundation of Women. She was awarded $3,000 to attend a southern writers' conference, where she will revise and workshop her poems, and to complete a book length poetry collection addressing the conflicts encountered by a mother raising daughters in the current social-political-cultural climate of the American mid-south.
