Anna Brasch Receives Ratzlaff Scholarship for Biology Studies Scholarship
MILLERSVILLE, PA (08/02/2011)(readMedia)-- Incoming Millersville University of Pennsylvania student Anna Brasch, of Marple Newtown, Pa., has been selected to receive the Ratzlaff Scholarship for Biology Studies for the 2011-2012 school year. The Ratzlaff Scholarship is to be awarded to an incoming freshman, entering in the fall term at Millersville University to study biology.
Brasch completed several Honors and Advanced Placement courses while at Marple Newtown High School. She was active in her church youth group and was involved in her high school theatre productions and Interact Club, providing community service. Brasch was a Renaissance Scholar throughout high school and received the AP Scholar Award as well as the Certificate of Excellence for Junior Initiative.
The Ratzlaff scholarship is an award in the amount of $1,604 and may be renewed for the next three years if the student continues to pursue a major in biology and maintains a QPA of 3.0, or higher.
