Annie Patton Named Outstanding Senior Woman at Mount Union

ALLIANCE, OH (05/02/2011)(readMedia)-- Annie Patton of Darlington, Pennsylvania, was named Outstanding Senior Woman during the University of Mount Union's annual Senior Recognition and Honors Convocation held Tuesday, April 19.

An exercise science major, Patton's campus activities include Campus Crusade for Christ, Fellowship for Christian Athletes, Religious Life Council, Raider Relief, Exercise Science Club, Pre-Health Professions Club, Alpha Lambda Delta and Mount Union Student Athletic Advisory Committee. She is also a member of Mount Union's women's indoor and outdoor track team, and has been named to the dean's list numerous times. Patton is a graduate of Blackhawk High School.

These awards have been presented to deserving seniors for more than 30 years. Nominations are based upon leadership, citizenship, service and scholarship.
