Ariana Gangloff of Silver Spring Awarded Scholarship for Study Abroad

ST. MARY'S CITY, MD (12/02/2011)(readMedia)-- Ariana Gangloff of Silver Spring, Maryland, is the recipient of a Scholarship for Study Abroad at St. Mary's College of Maryland. The scholarships are awarded by the International Education Department to students studying abroad during the fall, spring, or summer semesters.

Gangloff, Class of 2013, is majoring in psychology. She is a member of the Psi Chi honors society, plays club soccer, is a French tutor, and enjoys traveling.

St. Mary's College of Maryland, designated the Maryland state honors college in 1992, is ranked one of the best public liberal arts schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. More than 2,000 students attend the college, nestled on the St. Mary's River in Southern Maryland.
