Austin Merges wins award for LHU student video
LOCK HAVEN, PA (07/12/2011)(readMedia)-- Dover, Pa. resident Austin Merges was a winner in Lock Haven University's second annual student video contest. The university's Office of Admissions ran the contest, in which students were asked to highlight a campus club, organization or event.
Austin Merges received first-place honors and a $1000 scholarship for his video highlighting a variety of campus organizations, including the Honors Program and Dance Club.
Merges is a senior majoring in Health Science. He is a graduate of Northeastern High School.
