Barber Receives Two College of Health and Science Scholarships at ECU

Dylan Barber, right of Stratford, was the recipient of the Shelby Bays Scholarship from the Biology Department and the Joann and Edward Smith Scholarship from the Physics Department during East Central University's College of Health and Science Awards Banquet this past spring. Presenting Barber with the Shelby Bays Scholarship is Dr. Michael Bay, professor of biology.
