Bryce Rogers Honored by Hartwick College

Bryce Rogers '27 of Fulton, N.Y., was presented with two awards during the College's Honors Convocation held on April 30.

Rogers was recognized as an Andrew B. Saxton Undergraduate Fellow in Mathematics. Fellows are selected by faculty in each department to honor outstanding achievement in their respective fields. They serve as student assistants within their major department and receive a tuition credit.

Additionally, Rogers was presented The Dr. David "Hutch" Hutchison Award. Established by Hutchison's student, Michael H. Young '83, the award goes to a rising junior or rising senior geology major for academic travel purposes including conferences, J Term programs, or thesis research. Selection is based on academic performance and financial need.
