The company increased its client base by 25% and number of active users by over 30% compared to the first half of 2009, with a corresponding increase in revenue. Key client wins during the first two quarters of 2010 included Addison Search, Medix, ReThink and IPA. Rapid international growth continued, particularly in the UK, where Bullhorn added its 100th client.
"Bullhorn's continued growth illustrates how the flexibility of our purely Web-based, Software as a Service model allows clients to affordably invest to drive business, even during uncertain economic times," said Art Papas, Bullhorn's founder and CEO. "I commend all of our employees, including the significant number of recent hires, for executing our goal of helping staffing and recruiting agencies grow their businesses."
Bullhorn continued to invest significantly in staff and infrastructure to support worldwide growth. The company increased its headcount by 22% over the previous year, including substantial additions to its UK sales and support teams. Bullhorn also further improved its unmatched ability to securely manage international client data by achieving EU Safe Harbour and SAS 70 Type II certifications.

Additionally, in March the company released the Bullhorn Marketplace, the staffing and recruiting industry's destination for software applications and services that extend the Bullhorn platform.
"Product and service innovation and originality has been critical in getting us to where we are today and will continue to drive our growth and leadership within this market," said Papas.
