CCU students travel to Asheville for community service

For Alternative Spring Break, five Coastal Carolina University students and a staff adviser traveled to Asheville, N.C., to help the homeless there. Through partnership with the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, the group will have the opportunity to work with the Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry's Veteran's Restoration Quarters, Steadfast House, Crisis Ministry, Black Mountain Children's Home, Bounty & Soul and the MANNA FoodBank.
