Cadets Commemorate Veterans Day

Army and Navy Academy Cadets and the Rotary Club of Carlsbad are joining forces to celebrate Veterans Day November 11 in a ceremony and military review on the Academy's Maffucci Field. The 11 a.m. community event is sponsored jointly by the Academy and local Rotary Club and is open to the public free of charge. Now in its sixth year, it has become one of the top events honoring the armed forces in all of San Diego County. It is Carlsbad's only official Veterans Day observance.
