Cadets Participate in the 28th Annual Harvard Model Congress Conference

Army and Navy Cadets are currently in Boston to take part in the 28th Annual Harvard Model Congress Conference. They'll be acting as delegates from the Senate, House of Representatives, Supreme Court, National Security Council, and more for an exercise in government simulation.
