Cadets Win JA Essay Contest
This year, Junior Achievement received funding through the Schwab Foundation in order to offer an essay contest for students currently enrolled in the JA Career Success and/or JA Career Speaker Series programs. This essay contest allows each participating student an opportunity to research and write an essay about a career that interests him or her. Dontrell Johnson wrote about wanting to be a psychologist and Wyatt Raney wrote about wanting to be a pilot. Each will each receive a $100 cash prize and a job shadow experience based on the career of interest as written in their winning essay. Congrats to both Dontrell and Wyatt!
