Campers Light the Night in Iowa State Fair Contest
DES MOINES, IA (08/20/2022) (readMedia)-- Delores Carroll of Lucas County won Champion Overall honors in the annual Campground Lighting Contest, judged at the 2022 Iowa State Fair. Delores earned free camping for the entire 2023 Fair.
James Breckenridge of Jasper County won Reserve Champion Overall winning eleven admission tickets to the 2023 Fair.
Sarah and Joseph Hoffman and Shaffers of Polk County won the Showmanship and Most Original Entry in the 2022 Fair.
Tony Johnson of Mahaska County won Most Number of Lights Used.
Chyann Vroegh of Mahaska County won Best Use of State Fair Theme.
