Campus/Community Unity Rally for Love and Hope Moved Due to Rain in Forecast

PLATTSBURGH, NY (03/06/2009)(readMedia)-- Due to rain in the forecast, the Campus/Community Unity Rally for Love and Hope has been moved to the Warren Ballrooms, Angell College Center.

A chance for the campus and community to come together and celebrate the values of tolerance, compassion and love during "Walk on By" week of SUNY Plattsburgh's Month of Action. Speakers include Assemblywoman Janet Duprey, Town of Plattsburgh Supervisor Bernie Bassett, Plattsburgh City Firefighters President Edmund Sanderson and former Plattsburgh Mayor Dan Stewart. There will also be music and a color guard from American Legion Post 1619, West Plattsburgh.
