Celebration of Holiday Lights, Inc Announces Award Winners

STAUNTON, VA (01/23/2012)(readMedia)-- Staunton's Celebration of Holiday Lights, Inc. proudly announces awards for the 2011 Holiday Event. The winners were selected from four categories by an independent panel of Judges, with monetary awards going to;

Religious – 1st Place - Emmanuel Baptist Church

2nd Place - Faith Christian Church

3rd Place - Good Shepherd Church

Commercial – 1st Place – Williams Brothers Tree Service

2nd Place – Kountry Krafts

3rd Place – Coffee on the Corner

Individual – 1st Place – Duff Family

2nd Place – Briggs Family

3rd Place - Mays Family

Non- Profit – 1st Place – People Places

2nd Place – Shenandoah Club

3rd Place – Habitat for Humanity

Judging the displays was extremely difficult. The hard work and effort put forth by every participant displayed much creativity and uniqueness. Many of you who traversed Gypsy Hill Park during the Holiday Season have acknowledged your appreciation. Thank all of you, individually and collectively.
