Change of Command Ceremony

On January 17, 2014, the Army and Navy Academy community will gather to formally bid a fond farewell to Brig. Gen. Stephen M. Bliss, USA Retired who grew and strengthened the Academy during his 12+ year tenure as President, and to welcome its incoming President, Maj. Gen. Arthur M. Bartell, USA Retired. In keeping with military protocol, a formal Change of Command Ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 17, 2014, on Maffucci Field at the Duffield Sports Center Complex.
