Charolais Breeders Earn Top Honors in Iowa State Fair Show

DES MOINES, IA (09/03/2009)(readMedia)-- Zehnder Cattle of Stanchfield, Minn. captured the Grand Champion Female banner in the Charolais Cattle Show August 22, at the 2009 Iowa State Fair.

ML Lewis Charolais of Monroe earned the Reserve Grand Champion Female title while Cannon Charolais Farm of Newton showed the Iowa Champion Female.

Ridder Farms of Hermann, Mo. netted the Grand Champion Bull honors and Double-H Charolais of Paynesville, Minn., took Reserve Grand Champion Bull accolades.

Bedwell Charolais of Osceola showed the Iowa Champion Bull.
