Charolais Breeders Take Top Honors at Iowa State Fair Show

DES MOINES, IA (09/02/2011)(readMedia)-- Bar J Charolais of Cameron, Texas captured the Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion Bull banners in the Charolais Cattle Show Saturday, August 20, at the 2011 Iowa State Fair.

Stalcup Farms Charolais of Prescott netted the Grand Champion Female honors while Kip Cattle Company of Emerald, Wis. showed the Reserve Grand Champion Female.

EJ Shepherd Charolais of Stuart showed the Iowa Champion Bull and Bailey Core of Pleasantville showed the Iowa Champion Female.
