Choctaw's David Moyer receives Fred and Mary Pfeffer Scholarship at East Central University

David Moyer, of Choctaw, received the Fred and Mary Pfeffer Scholarship during East Central University's 2018 College of Health and Sciences Scholarship Awards Banquet this past spring.
