Cincinnatus Airman promoted to Master Sergeant in NY Air Guard's 174th Attack Wing
New York Air National Guard Airman Corinne (Mudge) Lamoree, a 2004 graduate of Cincinnatus High School and member of the 174th Attack Wing, received a promotion to the rank of master sergeant during a ceremony at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, New York on May 6.
Lamoree, who joined the Air Force in 2006, is the daughter of Steven and Shelby Mudge, granddaughter of Leroy and the late Wilma Closson, and the late Dan and Joan Mudge, all of Cincinnatus, N.Y.
Lamoree is an Occupational Safety Craftsman on the wing staff, where she conducts safety investigations, safety inspections and assessments of base facilities and operations as well as provides wing level safety education and training.
After joining the Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller, she later joined the New York Air National Guard in 2018 in Airfield Management. She is a veteran of the Iraq War.
Lieutenant Colonel Angi Daiuto, Chief of Wing Safety at the 174th Attack Wing, praised Lamoree as an outstanding Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and peer leader in her remarks during her promotion ceremony.
