Who: Victory Christian Church and Lansingburgh residents.

City Wide Prayer Meeting Pastor Charlie has committed to establishing a supporting community to help take back Troy.

Outside Prayer Meetings will be the core of the plan to stop the violence. Members of the community will join Victory Church members.
