Coker College Student Devan Williams Receives Study Abroad Scholarship
HARTSVILLE, SC (01/23/2012)(readMedia)-- Coker College student Devan Williams, of Seneca, S.C., was recently awarded the Susan Coker Watson Scholarship for Study Abroad. The Susan Coker Watson Fellowship Foundation at Coker College provides funding to rising juniors and seniors who wish to study abroad in Europe. Recipients are selected by a committee made up of the College Provost, the Director of the Center for Engaged Learning and members of Coker College's faculty.
Williams will be using the scholarship to study abroad in Spain during the May interim. She is a sophomore communication major at Coker.
