Coker's Skipper Tabbed Conference Pitcher of the Week

HARTSVILLE, S.C. (03/06/2013)(readMedia)-- Coker College softball player Breanna Skipper was recently named Conference Carolinas Softball Pitcher of the Week.

Skipper, a freshman, tossed a complete-game shutout in the Cobras' eight-inning victory over Barton. She allowed just two hits and struck out four. For the year, Skipper is 4-1 with a 1.45 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 29 innings.

Breanna is a biology major from Bennettsville, S.C. She is the daughter of Robert and Mary Skipper.
