College, Creosote Affects share awards that recognize branding efforts

MARIETTA, OHIO (04/25/2018) Marietta College's Office of Communication & Brand Management and Creosote Affects, who teamed up to create a video and publications, have received a few awards for their combined efforts.

They received a gold award in the Special Video category for their work on the Bring Forth a Pioneer Introduction Video from the Education Digital Marketing Awards.

More recently, both parties shared two awards from the Educational Advertising Awards - a silver award for the introduction video and a merit award for the print viewbook.

"Our partnership with Creosote Affects has been rewarding and impactful on improving the College's overall brand position, as well as on the recruitment of future students," said Tom Perry, Executive Director of Communication & Brand Management. "We recently partnered with them again to produce additional videos that we plan to use starting in the fall, and we will continue to look for other projects that make sense for the College to utilize the expertise of Creosote Affects down the road."
