Concordia Chamber Choir and Chamber Orchestra present fall semester concert

SEWARD, NE (11/28/2018) The Concordia University, Nebraska Chamber Choir and Chamber Orchestra will hold their fall semester performance at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6, in the Recital Hall of the Music Center on campus.
The string ensemble's program is composed of a variety of music including music by Vivaldi and Palestrina, along with some familiar Christmas chorales. The Chamber Choir will sing Greg Jasperse's "Voice Dance" and Concordia's own Dr. David von Kampen's composition "Meet Me There."
"The students are looking forward to this concert because they get to present music from a variety of musical periods that we've been working on all semester," said von Kampen, music composition instructor. "I'm looking forward to their performance and am very proud of all the hard work they have put into preparing for this concert."
