Consuelo Arboleda Receives Two Ripon College Awards

RIPON, WI (05/04/2010)(readMedia)--  Consuelo Arboleda, a senior majoring in biology and Spanish from Milwaukee, Wis., was named the recipient of the 2010 Achievement Award in Spanish and the 2010 American Association of University Women Award during a ceremony held April 21, 2010 at Ripon College.

 The award recognizes an outstanding student in the Spanish department. The recipient receives a cash award.

The American Association of University Women Award recognizes outstanding services to the College, the Ripon community and to humankind by junior and senior women with good academic achievement.

 Arboleda is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hernan Arboleda of Milwaukee, Wis.
