Curry College Student Joseph Stern Takes Center Stage

MILTON , MA (04/07/2010)(readMedia)-- Curry College Theatre is pleased to announce Suffern resident, Joseph Stern, son of David and Janine Stern, will be making his stage managing debut with of Steve Longmuir's The Peanute Galleria.

Stern, a 2007 graduate of Suffern High School, is a junior at the college, majoring in communication. Since joining the Curry Theatre program, Stern has performed on stage in To See The Stars, Romeo & Juliet and The Cubic Root of Two.

The Peanute Galleria is a wild romp of a comedy. The show takes place in the fictional Havershall Museum in Boston, where a cast of crazy characters and art thieves prepare for the home coming of a world famous artist, the great Peanute. But what happens when the folks at old Havershall realize the artist is not what he is cracked up to be?

The Peanute Galleria will run Saturday, April 24 through Tuesday, April 27 at 7:30 p.m., in the Keith Auditorium at Curry College, 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA. Tickets are $10 and may be ordered by phone, (617) 333 2259 or purchased at the door.

Curry College is a 131-year old, private, four-year, liberal arts institution located on 135 acres in Milton, MA. Curry extends its educational programs to a continuing education branch campus in Plymouth.
