LONGVIEW, TX (03/01/2011)(readMedia)-- Danae Luckert of Richmond, Texas, a junior marketing major at LeTourneau University has been cast in the role of Nat in Stage Right's student performance of "Rabbit Hole" by David Lindsay-Abaire.

"Rabbit Hole" won the Pulitzer Prize in 2007, and was recently made into a movie starring Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart. The story centers around a couple, Becca and Howie, as they try to figure out how to still enjoy life while they deal with the grief from the sudden death of their four-year-old son. Becca's mother, Nat, and her younger sister, Izzy, try in their own quirky ways to comfort them. When Izzy, a rambunctious and outspoken young woman, announces that she is pregnant, Becca and Howie must come to terms with the new life in the family along with their grief. A visit from Jason, the young man who accidentally hit their son, also challenges Becca and Howie to evaluate their grief. Extremely funny, provoking and always heartrending, the Rabbit Hole explores the ways we deal with grief, both individually and as families.
