Danny Mohama of Sioux Falls chosen as an Emerging Leader at St. Olaf College

Student honored at Outstanding Leadership Awards Program

NORTHFIELD, MN (04/28/2014)(readMedia)-- Danny Mohama '16 of Sioux Falls was recognized as an "Emerging Leader" at the recent Outstanding Leadership Awards Program at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. This award is given to three freshman or sophomore students who have played a significant role in enhancing student life.

Mohama was recognized for his work in leading youth programs ranging from obesity prevention to advanced course preparation. Through his work as co-president of Ole Medical Brigades, he contributed significantly to the organization's fundraising efforts and has ensured sustainability for the Medical Brigades' success for the future.

Mohama is a graduate of O'Gorman High School and the son of Ruyad and Rima Mohama.
