David Reese receives Liz Tribett Service Award at Marietta College

MARIETTA, OHIO (10/26/2017) David Reese '79 of Austintown, Ohio, was named the 2017 Liz Tribett Service Award winner during Marietta College's homecoming festivities from Oct. 19-22.

For the past five years, Reese has joined forces with classmate Bill Kingzett '79 and organized and executed the Pioneer Challenge - a golf outing in Meadville, Pennsylvania, that has contributed tens of thousands of dollars for the College's athletic department.

Reese is a production manager for Road Systems Inc., and prior to that was the new products manager for Syro Steel for 15 years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, while playing soccer and lacrosse for the Pioneers.

Located in Marietta, Ohio, at the confluence of the Muskingum and Ohio rivers, Marietta College is a four-year liberal arts college. Tracing its roots to the Muskingum Academy begun in 1797, the College was officially chartered in 1835. Today Marietta College serves a body of 1,200 full-time students.
