Dhakal Receives Beck Scholarship at ECU

Roshan Dhakal, right of Ada, was the recipient of the Beck Scholarship from the Department of Environmental Health Sciences during East Central University's College of Health and Science Awards Banquet this past spring. Presenting Dhakal with the award is Eric Howard, instructor of environmental science.
