Doug Stoner of Bedford, MA to Debut Video at Mount Ida College Film Festival

NEWTON, MA (02/19/2010)(readMedia)-- Business management major Doug Stoner '10, a native of Bedford, MA and graduate of Bedford High School, will debut his film "The Road Not Taken" at the Third Annual Mount Ida College Film Festival. The eight-minute film is based on the poem by Robert Frost. The festival will take place March 4 through March 6 at the Carlson Hall Auditorium, Mount Ida College, 777 Dedham Street, Newton, MA. The event is free and open to the public. The Mount Ida College Film Festival, known as the Best of the Fest, features a collection of award-winning independent films from the Garden State Film Festival (GSFF) as well as a number of videos produced by students from the College. Students who submit videos for the festival compete for over $800 in cash prizes and the opportunity to debut their film at the GSFF in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
