Drumright's Emelia Robinson receives Georgia Howell Limes Scholarship at East Central University

Emelia Robinson, right of Drumright, was the recipient of the Georgia Howell Limes Scholarship during East Central University Department of Education's recent 2018 Spring Awards Luncheon. This scholarship was established in Limes' honor and memory by her family. The scholarship is awarded at the discretion of the department. Pictured with Robinson is Dr. Phyllis Isaacs, chair of the ECU Department of Education.
