Duncan Receives Claud Carter M.D. Scholar Award at ECU

Andrew Duncan, right of Paoli, was the recipient of the Claud Carter M.D. Scholar Award from the Biology Department during East Central University's College of Health and Science Awards Banquet this past spring. Presenting Duncan with the award is Dr. Michael Bay, professor of biology.
