EJ Davila of Brownwood honored for achievements in Christian studies
BROWNWOOD , TX (03/08/2013)(readMedia)-- EJ Davila of Brownwood, a student in Howard Payne University's School of Christian Studies, was honored as a Currie-Strickland Scholar in Christian Ethics and Theology during the Currie-Strickland Distinguished Lectures in Christian Ethics held recently on the HPU campus. EJ is a a senior psychology major (with emphasis in psychology and ministry).
"The faculty of the School of Christian Studies honored EJ, among our many hard-working and gifted students, based on our evaluation of his achievement in his courses and the ways in which he has excelled in thinking in, and related to, the fields of Christian ethics and theology," said Dr. Derek Hatch, assistant professor of Christian studies.
