ENOUGH Anti-Violence Family Fun Day

Sending a message of hope and bringing a community together

ALBANY, NY (08/20/2015)(readMedia)-- With all the violence happening in Schenectady the Enough program in Albany will start working in the city of Schenectady. The ENOUGH anti gun violence program will begin to make in roads to the area's most effected by gun violence.

The message will be strong and the event will be transforming for those who come out.

Back to school family fun day will include 500 string packs with school supplies to be given out to the first 500 children.

This will be the largest free event the city has ever had with free food,drinks,rides and games. Everything will be free and many prizes will be given out throughout the day.

Highlights of the day will include water slide fire engine slide free giveaways for children throughout the day and much much more.

The Victory Christian Church ENOUGH program works with limited funds and will host this day with a 5,000 dollar award from

2015 USA UNITES AWARD WINNER VICTORY CHURCH PASTOR CHARLIE MULLER Honorees will be acknowledged during hometown award ceremonies and will receive $5,000 grants from USA Network and distributor partners – Bright House Networks, Cablevision, Charter, Comcast, Cox Communications, Mediacom, Suddenlink, Time Warner Cable – to support their projects or related nonprofit organizations. Additionally, honorees will be featured on-air in a PSA. Victory is donating this award to the outreach in Schenectady to help stop the gun violence in th community.
