ESU Junior Awarded Communicator of the Year

East Stroudsburg University was the host of the 82nd annual Pennsylvania Communication Association (PCA) Conference on September 30 and October 1. During the event ESU junior Francesca Palmeri was awarded the Voices of Tomorrow College Communicator of the Year award.
