PAUL SMITHS, NY (09/24/2012)(readMedia)-- When tomorrow's entrepreneurs graduate college, they'll need the tools to enter an economy still finding its footing - a topic that is the focus of the 2012 Student Business Symposium at Paul Smith's College, organized by students in the Business Management & Entrepreneurial Studies Program.
Marty Dietrich, chief execuitve of Norwich-based NBT Bancorp Inc., will deliver the opening keynote address. State Sen. Betty Little, R-Queensbury, will discuss current legislation as well as the North Country business climate and her vision for the region.

WHAT: | Panelists from NBT Bank; the North Country Chamber of Commerce; the NYS Department of Labor; the NYS Senate; SCORE; and the U.S. Small Business Administration will discuss resources available to businesses in the North Country at this half-day symposium. Members of the public are welcome, but should note that the event is aimed at college students. Space is limited. |
