Education Students Facilitate STEAM Family Night

Dr. Ivonne Miranda, Assistant Professor of Education and her students Emmeline Bensinger, Teresa Clay, Arielle Gallicchio, Alyssa Horton, Savanah Keefe, Rachel Miller, Julia Pimentel, Lillian Seiling, Jaycie Seland, Autumn Soccio-Knapp, Catherine Strickland and Madison Watson facilitated a STEAM family night at Dodd Elementary school. Preservice teachers expertly ran stations in which students and parents created light-up circuit boards, popsicle wands, friendly robotics, glow-in-the-dark pendulum, and coding a snow plowing course with Dash robots.
