Ekstrom Earns Best of Show in Iowa State Fair Needlepoint Competition

DES MOINES, IA (08/14/2010)(readMedia)-- Sheri Ekstrom of Cedar Rapids won Best of Show honors at the Iowa State Fair Fabric and Threads Needlepoint competition judged prior to the start of the 2010 Fair.

The Sweepstakes award went to Rebecca Beach of Des Moines.

Winning entries in the Fabric and Threads department are on display in the William C. Knapp Varied Industries Building throughout the Fair.
