ELIZABETHTOWN, PA (11/19/2011)(readMedia)-- Elizabethtown College's Department of Fine and Performing Arts, Theatre and Dance Division, sponsors the Emotion Winter Showcase Friday, Dec. 9, and Saturday, Dec. 10, in Leffler Chapel and Performance Center. The shows begins at 8 p.m.; doors open at 7:15 p.m. This semester's show features 23 dances of various styles, all choreographed and performed by current E-town students. Tickets are available at the door -- $3 for students; $4 for general admission.
The dances, ranging from jazz to lyrical to cheerleading, were choreographed by: seniors Chelsea Benson, Suki Brown, Alison Cochran, Katie Evans, Dan Hart, Ashley Huttenstine, Lauren Ott, Karen Perko, Nikki Rush, Danielle Schultze, Stephanie Smith and Amanda Tyson and juniors Jenell Abram, Shannon Bailey, Lauren Hoffman, Julie Kelly, Chelsea Lorenz, Lauren Moritz, Laura Price, Keelyann Sheeley, Becky Stoczko, Eric Storey, Kate Stull, Janis Umberger, Liz Van Gulick and Kim Welker. Sophomores Kristen Faulkner, Caitlin Gardiner, Robert Graham, Kylie Hecker, Owen Howson, Jessie Krueger, Jenna Latham and Lauren Peck, and first-year student Natalie Rangel also choreographed dance numbers.
