Elizabethtown College provides stress release for students

Therapy dogs visit campus during finals week

ELIZABETHTOWN, PA (04/19/2013)(readMedia)-- Dog handler Donna Grenko will bring her therapy dog, Maggie, to Elizabethtown College to provide students with much-needed stress relief during finals week. Grenko will be joined by four other trained therapy dogs-including labrador retrievers; a sheltie named Amber; Holly, a golden retriever and Maggie, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel-and their handlers as part of an event hosted by Student Wellness and the High Library. "Down-time with a dog" will give students an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate with "fur-therapy" during the hectic finals week.
